    Luxurious hotel with outstanding services, nonetheless the view was quite bad. Also, the property was very close to a train station.

    I was appalled by the slow check-in process. There was no urgency or proper greeting from the staff, unacceptable for a supposed 5-star hotel. My room felt cramped, and there were no basic amenities like a minibar. Someone unexpectedly entered my room without knocking. It ruined my experience.

    I really enjoyed my stay as the hotel is just about a 10-minute walk from the Swiss National Museum and close to beautiful parks, made my morning strolls good. The comfortable atmosphere here led me to.

    The location of this hotel is great if you're planning a city-trip / weekend break in Zurich. The city (shopping) centre / central station are only a 5-10 min. walk away which makes everything easy to reach on foot. The hotel is located beautifully next to Platz Promenade & Limmat-river. Nice hotel interior, executive lounge is a plus, we had a lovely room with a great night-view over the city and river, the breakfast was great & the staff was always very friendly & helpful.

    Eventhough we were on the 35th. floor there was some slight road-noise at night.. For me personally this wasn't really a "negative" nor something disturbing.. just something I noticed once or twice..

    Zurich marriott hotel is close to the main station

    As international business traveller I advise everyone to avoid this Marriott hotel, the hotel rating does not whatsoever correspond to the offering. There are 3 star hotels in Zurich where the traveller will feel much more at home. there is only a very small and low value spa room, the bar is very small and not inviting to have a drink, the restaurants are cheaply furnished and small, hotel rooms are all adjacent to roads and one cannot open a window.

    The hotel was great for our family, especially with the kids. We loved the comfortable rooms and the quick service from the staff. It was also conveniently located. We easily explored Old Town Zurich and the main train station without any hassle.

    In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly amenities could improve the stay.
